A booking is considered confirmed after the required booking details and applicable advance payment have been received and confirmation has been provided by our team.
Customers should provide accurate pickup location, destination, journey date, passenger count and other relevant travel information while making a booking.
Booking charges, advance payments and the remaining balance will be communicated at the time of booking. Customers are responsible for completing payments according to the agreed booking terms.
Additional charges may apply where applicable for tolls, parking, state taxes, permits, additional kilometres, additional hours or changes to the original travel plan.
If you need to cancel or modify a booking, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation or refund eligibility may depend on the booking type, journey date, vehicle arrangement and notice period.
Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated based on the circumstances of the booking.
Journey duration may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, government restrictions, route diversions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers should ensure that the selected vehicle is suitable for the number of passengers and luggage included in the journey.
Passengers are expected to maintain appropriate behaviour during the journey and avoid damaging the vehicle or causing inconvenience to the driver or other passengers.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Please check the vehicle carefully before completing your journey.
SHREE JI TOUR AND TRAVELS will make reasonable efforts to provide services according to confirmed booking details. However, delays or changes may occur because of traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where an unexpected vehicle issue occurs, reasonable efforts may be made to arrange a suitable alternative depending on availability and circumstances.
